Sales Manager

Sales Manager responsibilities center around overseeing the performance, training, and sales metrics for the Sales team at your location. In this role, you will create and enforce an aligned Sales strategy for the Midland branch, coordinating with the Director of Sales and Marketing, and communicate your pricing strategy with the main office. The Sales Manager will also evaluate the branch’s ability to take on large projects and long-term contracts, manage the workload and account allocation for the Sales team in Midland, and monitor and report Sales KPIs to the management team on a weekly basis.

TRAFFIC CLERK

Traffic Clerk responsibilities center around arranging transportation services to deliver our materials to customers. In this position, you will pull and stage orders accurately and efficiently to achieve on-time deliveries. Additionally, the Traffic Clerk will prepare shipping documentation, schedule shipments, and assist with cycle counts and data entry as requested.
